Our Story
We are Ash and Linea from Atlanta, married for several years now. Being true romantics at heart, and after being deeply involved in the businesses of tutoring and baking, we decided to channel all our creativity in wedding photography and videography. And thus was born Royal Ties
No Dream Wedding for Us
A dream wedding is something we did not have. In fact, there is not one photo of us together on our wedding day – because we got married online! This bothered us to no end, as you can imagine. We had wanted a grand celebration, something magical. But alas, that dream was thwarted.
And That is Why…
We are doing wedding photography and videography in Georgia. What we do not have is what we want to give to couples over and over again. The grand vision, the luxurious dress, the feeling of a celebratory gathering of family and friends is what we LOVE to capture. Essentially, it is the magic we seek, find and record together with great delight so our couples can have visual memories they will revisit throughout their lifetime.
How We Work Together
Marriage Helps!
We have always worked from home – and together. This meant getting up together, working side by side, and eating every meal together. We developed a rhythm that helps us anticipate what the other has in mind.
On the Day of the Wedding…
We have our own dance, so couples have half the work. We will explain.
For instance, during the couple portrait session, we know what angle to shoot from when there is direction for photography and vice versa. We make sure we are not making our couples work hard! And on top of that, for the couple, it feels like a fun double date. In short, we truly care about our couple’s experience.
